A bedroom, walk-in closet, and full bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower, added to an unfinished lower level. It gave the homeowners a true private suite for guests and family.

Single-room suite: $50K–$75K
One finished room with a closet, or a bedroom and bath. Our smallest basement project.
Suite + living area: $75K–$110K
Bedroom, bath, and an open family or media room. Our most common lower-level project.
Full lower level: $110K+

What's the smallest basement project you take on?
Our basement projects start at $50,000. That typically covers one finished room with a closet, or a bedroom and bathroom.
Can you add a bathroom if there's no rough-in?
Usually, yes. We'll assess the plumbing during the walkthrough and include any needed work in your estimate.
How long does a basement finish take?
Most basement projects take 3–4 months from start to final walkthrough, depending on scope.
What about moisture or water issues?
We look for moisture issues during the walkthrough and bring in our trusted waterproofing partners when needed.
